1. From your home, office, or wherever you and other required signers of your document may be, I can notarize your documents without the need to meet in a physical location. Each signer of the document will need to use their laptop/desktop computer or a mobile device. We meet by video online, similar to a Zoom meeting.

2. After scheduling your appointment, send your completed document to me. Do not sign it yet! We will do that when we meet online. After I receive the document I will prepare it for electronic notarization.

3. Familiarize yourself with the process by watching the videos below. You should complete identity verification prior to your appointment.

5. Use the link in your email invitation to join the appointment at the scheduled time. Please have your ID handy so I can compare it with the ID you used during the identity verification process. 

6. You sign and then I sign & stamp. Your document will be secured with a digital signing certificate, which makes it tamper proof. Within minutes of completing the notarization your documents will be delivered to you by email. This eliminates the need for you to print, mail, or personally deliver documents to the recipients. It also eliminates the need to go out in poor weather conditions, or try to coordinate meeting with other signers of the document in a physical location. In person electronic notarization is similar to traditional notarization in that all document signers need to be physically present. I will prepare your document for electronic notarization, which will take place on a tablet - no paper needed.  

All signers need to present a government issued photo ID so I can verify their identity. 

The document is signed with a digital signing certificate, which is tamper proof, and can be emailed to you immediately after signing. Any attempts to change the document will 'break' the seal and invalidate all signatures.
